With an investor partner, we have acquired a 25,000 square foot We are exploring the redevelopment of vacant commercial property in downtown Kinston, NC. This small city downtown has gained momentum through local reinvestment in fine dining, beer brewing, and the arts. We plan 10 loft-style apartments and at least four lower-level retail spaces. Anticipated completion Fall 2023.
